We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay through PayPal.

Providing our customers with a safe and secure shopping experience is important to us. Your transactions are encrypted, and our servers are secure to protect you and your information. Black Classical Academy will never sell or provide your information to an outside party. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information.

We currently ship physical products anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.  We do not ship outside of the United States currently.  International customers can order digital download products.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

All orders are processed within 3 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.  Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, so shipping time is typically 2-3 days, but that is not guaranteed.  When available, tracking information will be provided.

Black Classical Academy is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping.  If you received your product damaged, or if it was lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier and file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.  We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors or incorrect shipping information.

All digital downloads purchased from Black Classical Academy will be available in your account.  Log into your account to access purchased files.  The file will be available for download for two full weeks after purchase.
